Welcome to applemall By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms, instructions, and quality policies. Please read carefully.

Instructions:

  2. Check the "I agree" box after reading.
  3. Click "Continue to Register" to complete your registration.
  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Vendor verification is earned after 3 successful deliveries without complaints.
  • High return rates or low quality may lead to losing your store.
  • Payment will be submitted within 24hrs upon successful delivery outside Nairobi.
  • Payments are made immediately order is paid for by client
  • Commission is deducted from posted price
  • Errands to Drop off point to be covered by vendor
  • Express delivery earned by scoring 75% and above quality score.
  • Delivery to client/drop off point within 3hrs after receiving the order.
  • All disputes are handled under Kenyan law.
